EDGE message (off-screen) disables window move

Steps to reproduce


Repro Steps:

1.) Open Edge with multiple tabs
2.) Move the MS Edge bottom of the screen, make it only tabs are visible or around 50% of the browser
3.) Click close (X) button
4.) Now popup window is not accesible and not able make selection

Edge contains more then one tab-page.
More than 50% of the window is offscreen (The user has moved the window down).
The user wants to close the window.

At this point a message appears offscreen and there is no way to move the window back up to read that message.

Expected Results:

IE shows the same message in a seperate popup wich is still readeble and asks for confirmation to close all tabs
