Steps to reproduce

URL:

Repro Steps:

  1. Open https://jsfiddle.net/08mnbbsj/
  2. Add some cookie using the form, e.g. “k=v”
  3. Go to Settings > Clear browsing data (Choose what to clear) > Check “Cookies and saved website data” > Click "Clear".
  4. Observe “All clear!” message at the top of the Settings panel.
    5 Reload the page.
    6 Cookies are still visible.

Expected Results:

Cookies are cleared

Actual Results:
