      Changed Steps to Reproduce

    • Something new about this? I reported this like 6 months ago.

    • A download button my simple page is working strangely only on Edge because of this problem. :(

    • This breaks exporting out of progressive web apps in major way. Can this please be fixed soon, or bring back msSaveBlob. At least that did something reasonable even if it was unique to IE. Currently PNG’s export as blob-guid.PNG and zip files as blob-guid. (no zip extension). Neither of these are usable.

Changed Assigned To from “Divya G.” to “IE S.”

      Changed Status to “Fixed”

    • Marked as fixed but not really fixed on 14959, is maybe fixed on a future build.

    • When is it fixed for? It’s not fixed in my version.

    • I can confirm this is fixed on Insider build 14986.

    • Thanks for the feedback. Please reactivate if you see this as an active problem in the future.
