Steps to reproduce

URL:

Repro Steps:

Post data to a http server in a single-sign-on environment as described in KB251404. Have the server respond with a connection: keep-alive header.

Expected Results:

Don’t send the post data if IE11 sets the content-length to zero.
or don’t set the content-length to 0 ( like other browsers )
