Steps to reproduce

Setup Instructions:

npm install

bower install

grunt

Browse to http://localhost:1983 (or whatever port indicated by gulp)

Expected:
Images appear to animate by toggling opacity iteratively on an animation loop.

Actual Results:

You have to move your mouse to get us to invalidate and render the next frame.
