Steps to reproduce
This is unclear. I cannot reproduce it. I suppose you have to visit our site and happen to be one of the random users that experiences the SmartScreen block.
Our site should not be blocked by SmartScreen.

We were not able to repro this issue in the latest Edge releases. Please try to repro this issue in a current version and let us know if you experience the same issue.
