Steps to reproduce
- Open Edge browser on a desktop computer.
- Open a page which has an “input” element with the attribute type="number", e.g. http://codepen.io/n3dst4/full/qZdqQj/
- Click in the input field to give it focus.
The input should have spinner controls, also know as "up and down buttons", or "increment and decrement".
The input does not have any extra adornment.

This ticket was ported over from where I reported it on the old Microsoft Connect. It’s still an issue, but it’s been marked as "duplicate", but with no link to the ticket that’s it a duplicate of. Can we either re-open it, or add a link to the other ticket? Because I can’t find any trace of its having been reported anywhere else.
Thank you for the feedback. We apologize for the confusion around
your previous bug marked as a duplicate. The issue you reported is something we
are tracking against another internal bug, this is the reason for the duplicate status. We will continue to track this request against our future work items
and I will link this bug to the internal parent bug for additional tracking. So
you will see this bug marked as a duplicate also but feel free to add comments
as they will be added for review against this request.
