Open the attached file.

I first discovered this while trying to go to the following page: http://codegolf.stackexchange.com/questions/35787/whats-the-shortest-contiguous-subset-of-ascii-you-need-to-output-the-rest then I narrowed it to the simple repro.

Expected Results:

The browser shows the page instantly.
