Steps to reproduce

URL:

Repro Steps:

  1. Open http://w3c-test.org/dom/nodes/Document-createEvent.html in Edge
  2. Observe the test results

Expected Results:

Per https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#dom-document-createevent , calling document.createEvent() with an event class name not included in the table in Step 2 of that algorithm should cause a NotSupportedError to be thrown, rather than returning a new event instance.
