Steps to reproduce

Every embedded video or GIF on any site can’t be played. It always can be fixed by removing Edge from App Data and reinstall it back again with PowerShell cmdlet Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml” -Verbose} but it’s annoying and affecting common users unable to fix it like this. Also its coming back after every Edge Update

    • Thank you for your feedback.  I can play videos and GIF without issue using the latest build of Microsoft Edge.  Could you please include more details about this issue?  What pages have GIFs or videos that don’t play?  Instead of re-installing the Edge package, could you try deleting the browser’s history data?
