Steps to reproduce

Play (live) video stream in Edge (I was live viewing the Edge Web Summit). Make sure the video isn’t full screen and is playing in the top-left corner of the screen. Adjust the volume in Windows 10 (I did it on my Surface Pro 4). The volume overlay appears and partially covers the playing video. The video shows a weird halo / shading around the volume overlay, that stays visible even when the volume overlay disappears.
