edge does not activate scroll to thr right arrow if open page at new tab

Steps to reproduce


Repro Steps:

When I have so many tabs that they do not fit one screen and I need to scroll to the right to reach recent opened tabs I have a problem. When at any website I do with any link open in a new tab it opens there, focus stays at current page (as it should be) but if I want to switch to this page,I have to scroll tabs to the right. But I can’t do this because the arrow is inactive. So I have to scroll to the left fist to activate right arrow, then I scroll to the right and finally find new opened page.

Expected Results:

Right arrow to scroll tabs is active when they’re are tabs to the right to scroll
