Changing orientation pushes elements downwards when in iframe

Steps to reproduce


Repro Steps:

  1. Launch Edge on a Windows Phone.
  2. Navigate to, holding the phone in portrait mode.
  3. Initially there will be a blank gray screen with a header, wait a few seconds for the page to load.
  4. After the page loads, rotate the device to landscape mode.
  5. Wait a couple seconds and rotate back to portrait mode.
  6. The page is now offset vertically by the same amount as the header.

Note that if you do the same steps on Windows 10 in Edge and use the emulation mode for Windows 10 Mobile this issue does not occur.

Expected Results:

That the container in the iframe would not be pushed downwards by an extra amount corresponding to the header in the html page.
