    • Thanks for the feedback. Could you please provide us with the site name for this bug report? Also could you upload the attachment to oneDrive so we could view it please? We are working on increasing the attachment size but cannot increase it at this time.

Alternatively you could split the attachment into smaller chunks as a last resort.

      All the best,

      Thanks for quick reply

I am using latest version of windows 10. Here is the detail:
Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3176493)
      Microsoft Edge 25.10586.0
      Microsoft EdgeT 13.10586

      Thanks,

    • I think it is not latest version.

      OS Build : 14393.0
      Microsoft Edge : 38.14393.0
      Microsoft Edge HTML : 14.14393

Please check for Windows 10 Update online. Or Download the iso from
      https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12387/windows-10-update-history?ocid=update_setting_client
      and update.

      thanks

    • Thanks Balasubramanian,

Not sure how, in windows settings it is set to auto update but we found that we are running old version.
Updating the same now, “finger cross” hope that will resolve the issue :)

      Thanks,
      Barman

    • Hello Balasubramanian,
      Any update on this issue.

      Thanks,
      Barman

    • In my case, I just had to uninstall a third party called Avecto Defendpoint and re-run the steps I mentioned above. The problem was sorted. I have not reinstalled it as yet.

    • Hi Sudip,

I am also like you waiting for Microsoft Developers reply. Don’t know whats happening. Usually we get reply in 1 to 3 days.

    • Gabriel,

There is a fix for this by adding a registry string if you want to reinstall Avecto. I actually just tested this and confirmed it is working.

      1. Start-> Run-> Regedit

      2. Navigate to HKLM-> SOFTWARE-> Avecto -> Privilege Guard

      3. Right Click-> New-> Multi-String Value-> Type in “HookExclusions” (without the quotation marks) where it says New Value #1.

      4. Right click the string and choose “Modify…” and enter the following Value data:

      MicrosoftEdge.exe
      MicrosoftEdgeCP.exe

    • Also, reboot after adding the registry string.

    • Hello Josh/Gabriel,
Process you guys are referring is OK it may work but we can’t request to end users to do this. There is something we need to take care at server end so that this issue are get rectified without end-user intervention. As per the Edge Developers there is some possibility due to @font-face declaration can cause this issue. We are working on that and shortly update the status in this forum.

      Thanks,
      Sudip Barman

    • Same problem here as Gabriel. Avecto Defendpoint was the problem. Had 4.0.349. Uninstalling worked and it still works after installing 4.1.262. Thanks for leading me to the solution, Gabriel.

    • This issue has been fixed. Could you please try in the most recent RS1 Insider’s build or TH2 10586.218 Windows update and let us  know if you are still experiencing this?
