Steps to reproduce

  1. Type the following:
    100.1 - 0.1
  2. If it is a normal google search it will show a google search page and give you the answer, but it does not because of the presence of the decimal. Likely because it recognises that this might be a url, but it should not because of the presence of a space.

    • Hello,

Thank you for the feedback. This is a known issue in Microsoft Edge that has been patched in recent builds. A fix should be released (publicly) soon that corrects this. As such I will close this item out as fixed because this is broken in current release channels, but insider builds are not able to repro this.

If you are running Windows Insider Fast builds you should see this corrected.  If not please update this item.

      All the best,
      The MS Edge Team
