Steps to reproduce

URL:

Repro Steps:

Set system clock to 2010 or 2020. Visit any HTTPS site.

Expected Results:

Internet Explorer’s error page should show the current Date/Time and tell the user: “If this doesn’t look correct, please update your system clock.”

Internet Explorer’s Certificate Expired error page should not contain meaningless drivel like “add www.” and “check that the address is what you’re expecting.”

Firefox’s certificate error page is better than IE’s (shows “Current date”) while Chrome’s is just as bad.

Actual Results:

Dev Channel specific:

No
