Steps to reproduce

Switch to Windows High Contrast in settings
Go to a page such as this bug tracker
Open F12
Open debugger tab
Expected:
To be able to read HTML source code
Actual:

  • background is black (ok)
  • start/end tags are dark red
  • attribute values are dark blue
End result is code can not be read.
Monaco has a high contrast theme that would probably fix this.
