Steps to reproduce
was copied over from the old “Microsoft Connect” feedback site and immediately marked as "duplicate", but no indication was given of the ticket that it was supposed to be a duplicate of.
There should be a link to another ticket, OR a clear resolution, OR the ticket itself should be reopened.

The issue you reported is something we are tracking against another internal bug, this is the reason for the duplicate ruling. We will continue to track this request against our future work items and I will link this bug to the internal parent bug for additional tracking. So you will see this bug marked as a duplicate also but feel free to add comments as they will be added for review into the internal item.

Kagami R, if a bug is marked as duplicate and doesn’t have a link to its parent is because the parent is private or the parent is not a bug (it could be a task). We understand this is not ideal and we are working on making the status of duplicates and their parents more transparent.
