Steps to reproduce

Full bug repo at https://github.com/felixfbecker/edge-sourcemaps-bug
Setup a local server

  1. git clone https://github.com/felixfbecker/edge-sourcemaps-bug.git
  2. Run npm install
  3. Run npm run build
  4. Run http-server on the build directory
    In F12
  5. Open Edge at the server
  6. Open F12 with View Source
  7. Look at the folder view in the filer picker
    Expected
  8. The root folder is not shown at all
  9. The src folder is duplicated (the same behaviour would occur for any referenced folder, like node_modules
