Steps to reproduce

On Surface Pro 4 open any video on youtube.com and go into full screen mode. Then press Esc or exit full screen mode. Then try to slowly scroll down the page and screen start flicker. This issue appear not in Edge only but in all UWP apps.

  • I also see that issue affects the whole system. Just to make sure this is not related to environment could you please do couple of additional tests on your system. 

    While the screen is flickering, could you please press (Windows + D) key combination or (Alt + F4) and observe if the screen is still flickering. 

    Again, while the screen is flashing, try to press windows key to see if the start menu is also flickering. Please also test this issue with any documents (Word, Excel, Pdf etc)  to see if you can produce while scrolling pages. 

    I would also suggest you to do scrolling from different parts of the screen which may show us the issue is hardware related (Touch screen)

  • The problem is solved now by latest Surface Firmware updates that appeared today in Windows Update. Thank you.
