Steps to reproduce

Repro Steps:

Press accute accent key ( Alt Gr + ´ ) followed by any voyel.
The returned character is unaccented.
E.g. Alt Gr + ´ followed by E returns E when it should return É.
Please note that the similar key Alt Gr + ` (grave accent key) works fine.

Expected Results:

Pressing the acute accent dead key ( Alt Gr + ´ ) followed by a vowel produces the right letter.
E.g. Alt Gr + ´ followed by E should return É.
