Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Facebook using Edge
  2. Find an interesting post
  3. Find the comment field for the interesting post and touch inside the field to bring the cursor to it.
  4. Start typing quickly. Be careful to not have to backspace or move the cursor.
  5. Get frustrated because, despite your attempts to be careful, the first letter you typed is at the end of the text.
  6. Attempt to correct the errant letter’s position.
  7. Watch in awe as the text you typed does amazing things like appearing twice, or magically becomes a long single string instead of separate words.

    • Hello,

Thanks for the feedback. I haven’t been able to repro this as you described it. I believe this to be differences in hardware.  Could you provide us with the output from running dxdiag and attaching the output to this report?

      All the best,
      The MS Edge Team
