Steps to reproduce

Team,
I have tried to degrade to IE 10 from 11 in windows 8. I tried it by changing the IE feature through “Turn on & off windos features” through Control Panel. After that I have tried to install IE 10 setup which I have downloaded from MSDN forum link it throws a error message says “IE 10 is already present in the machine” But, I couldn’t find the IE either icon or extension file in my PC. this made me unable to access some URL that could only run in IE version 10. I’m encountering a huge business impact due to this. Could you help me on this at the earliest.
