Can't use some buttons on Outlook Web App

Steps to reproduce

Acess my company’s mail website:

www.mail.XXX.com/owa

Click New (email);

A new message window will pop-up;

If you click on Attach, Insert Image, Options or Asdress Book, nothing happens, and no it isn’t being blocked by Edge’s pop-up "blocker".

    I am not able to repro this as described. I also have a very different looking outlook when I log in.  Are you able to provide the login information you are using to me using email?  If so, please email them to v-bredw@microsoft.com at your earliest convenience.
