Steps to reproduce
The Edge uses a lot of memory in general, more than Firefox, I can’t let the Edge in the background and go play a game like Dota, because reach 90% memory usage. And I have 8 GB of Ram, the Edge should use less memory.
This page works very slowly on Edge, I don’t know if it’s because of the amount of images or other thing :

I left that page running on my local workstation and was not able to repro the same results with regards to the memory usage. Could you provide the build number of Edge from the settings menu? Additionally it might help if you could provide us with the output from a dxdiag report so we can look at hardware differences between you and I. Having this information would help out greatly. Thanks in advance.

Now it’s working perfectly. Seems to be a bug that happens from time to time, after Edge work for many hours, and I go out and come in a variety of games, etc. I use the version that comes with Windows 10 updated, I have a Radeon HD 6850 1 GB.

Changed Status to “Not reproducible”
I also left the page running for multiple hours as well (days in fact) but did not experience the slowness.
I’ll mark the item as not repro since I am not seeing the behavior described and you are no longer able to repro, either.
Please continue to provide us with your feedback on Edge - we greatly appreciate the time taken to file this.
Look, I reproduced this bug right now, it’s simple, but I don’t know if you’re going to do it in your PC. I did the following, started Edge, without any page, I went to this Liliputing page mentioned above, which consumes on average 20% of the CPU, i.e. weird, so I start the Dota Reborn game, let the game running. And the bug appeared. The following happens, the Edge tab starts increasing memory consumption slowly, 300MB to 310, 320, etc, and is rising to stabilize by 550 MB, but if I put the Dota Reborn in the foreground, the Edge continues to increase the memory consumption. Happen in the WinBeta website too.
Here is my DxDiag TXT :
