Steps to reproduce

On windows 10 with EDGE as default browser:
1 - Open the run dialog (ctrl + r)
2 - Past a local link with a hash sign. For example:
“file:///C:/app/index.htm#val=73201”

Outcome:
EDGE opens the link and strips the right side of the hash sign:
file:///C:/app/index.htm

Expected:
EDGE to open the full link.
