Steps to reproduce
Using IE, go to a PDF file on a web site. Attempt to open or download the file. The attached screen capture shows the message returned by IE. I’ve used IE to download PDF’s for years. This problem started last week. Now I have to use Chrome to do the downloads.

We are not accepting feedback on Internet Explorer through this portal any longer (unless security related). We welcome any feedback you have on Microsoft Edge using this website. This item will be closed as not repro since I am not seeing the same problem on my local workstation with the latest updates.
