Steps to reproduce

Has a bug that happens from time to time, that the first few seconds of a video being played is all black and full of artifacts, then get normal. But he does not happen only at Edge, but also in the standard Windows 10 video player "TV Movies". Seems to be a flaw in Windows, I think. When it happen, only restarting the computer to fix it. I have a Radeon HD6850

    • Hello,

Would you be able to take a screencast of the issue and provide us with dxdiag output from the affected computer? If we could get this information it would help us resolve the issue more quickly. Thanks for your feedback and assistance in resolving the problem you reported to us.

      All the best,

    • Look, I report bugs and flaws because I use several Microsoft products and want to see them working properly. I traded my old Android smartphone by a Lumia 640, and don’t regret it, on the contrary, I think my Lumia 1000 times better, because I believe in Windows 10. I’m really enjoying the trail that MS is following, really, has turned into a new company. But I’m not going to record videos of bugs and glitches for free for a multi billion dollar company. If you give me a key of Windows 10 Home for free, or 100 $, so I record the video, otherwise, no deal. Because the bug happens randomly, maybe a related to a vídeo driver or Windows bug.

    • Since I am not able to repro the behavior described the item will be closed out to reflect this.

    • If you have the case closed or not, if you can reproduce it or not, the Bug continues to exist, you already know of his existence, it’s your job hunt it, since it’s paid for this. At least Google and other companies pay the users who found bugs.
