third tab doesn't share localstorage

Steps to reproduce

1 - open the browser
2 - in the first tab do to the domain
3 - duplicate the first tab
4 - duplicate the second tab (now you should have 3 tabs)
5 - in the first tab open debugging tools with F12
6 - go to the console and type: localstorage.setItem(“a","bla”)
7 - go to the third tab and open the debugging tools with F12
8 - go to the console and type localstorage.getItem(“a”)
9 - go to the first console and type localstorage.setItem(“a","bla2”)
10 - go to the third tab console and type localstorage.getItem(“a”)

You should get “bla2” but that is not the case.
