Steps to reproduce

Please open the attached HTML file in Edge and any other browser and compare the results.

Notice, how the ‘end’ anchored ‘text’ elements float toward their 'circle’s in Edge when the parent group is scaled. This shouldn’t happen.

Although, another issue, you can also see that the ‘dominant-baseline’ CSS property is ignored in Edge.
