Steps to reproduce

Hi Microsoft Webdriver team,

The item in <select> tag isn’t selected after executing the example code as following

public static void main(String args[]) {
System.setProperty("webdriver.edge.driver", “MicrosoftWebDriver.exe”);
WebDriver driver = new EdgeDriver();
driver.get(“http://www.tutorialspoint.com/html/html_select_tag.htm”);
driver.manage().timeouts().pageLoadTimeout(100, TimeUnit.SECONDS);
Select select = new Select(driver.findElement(By.name(“dropdown”)));
select.selectByVisibleText(“Data Mining”);
}

There is a result

[15:35:46.209] - Listening on http://localhost:39988/
