Steps to reproduce

As per scenario described in https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/3094186 i.e.

  • Windows 10
  • Outlook 2010
  • added registry key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\htmlfile\shell\opennew\command with value cmd /c start %1, so that there’s no longer a prompt for Internet Explorer when clicking a link in an email.

Clicking links that have more than one query string parameter get truncated after the first parameter e.g.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb?dave=frog&dog=bert
becomes
https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb?dave=frog
