Steps to reproduce
As per scenario described in https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/3094186 i.e.
- Windows 10
- Outlook 2010
- added registry key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\htmlfile\shell\opennew\command with value cmd /c start %1, so that there’s no longer a prompt for Internet Explorer when clicking a link in an email.
Clicking links that have more than one query string parameter get truncated after the first parameter e.g.

Thank you for the feedback. This issue appears to have been fixed in Microsoft Edge. We’re not presently working on feature bugs in Internet Explorer outside of security-related issues.
