Steps to reproduce

Good day,
Using Weebly.com’s website editor, I have a problem with both Edge and IE11 displaying context menus, requiring multiple mouse clicks (between 1 and 50) to get a stable menu. Advice from weebly is to change browser, I do not find this an acceptable answer. Any thoughts or fixes? I appreciate your help.
