Big black nothing on connection to IE with Edge HTML

Steps to reproduce

  1. Logged in to RDP
  2. Selected to run IE with EdgeHTML
  3. Connected
  4. Shows black screen
  5. Loaded in about 120sec!!!
  6. Unresponsive to clicks.
