Steps to reproduce

transform: translate(-50%,50%) has Y axis wrong. It recognices -webkit-transform but webkit Y axis works the other way arround.

the complete css for centering is
.vertHorizCenter{
display: inline-block;
top: 50%;
left: 50%;
transform: translate(-50%,-50%);
-moz-transform: translate(-50%,-50%);
-webkit-transform: translate(-50%,50%);
}

tried it on several computers
