Steps to reproduce

I’m developing HTML5 games for windows phone. As CPU get’s higher touch becomes unresponsive. Follow this link an a windows phone:

Press + to add dots, press - to remove dots. Notice how touch becomes unresponsive as the CPU get’s closer or above 50% CPU.

I’ve tried the same test on various Android and iphones and it’s not an issue.

Issue persists even if I build a HTML5 app with Visual Studio, or Intel XDK.

    • I found a weird thing also. If you get this touch unresponsiveness bug, then lock screen with powerbutton while in the game, then unlocking the phone again touch becomes responsive again.

    • I can confirm the same issue on Lumia 950 but in my case it gets unresponsive around 60%.
