Steps to reproduce

Text Size of Address Box and TAbs Print Size Too Small in Edge and Explorer 11 in Hi Resolution screen. Available adjustments in Display and Internet Option Settings did not correct. I easily corrected the problem in Chrome. Given the expanding elderly population this is a real turn-off.
