Steps to reproduce

Whenever I log in to my O365 mailbox on outlook.com Edge consistently uses more than 350 MB of Ram for just one tab.

      If you do not feel comfortable sharing this information I do understand completely. I could try to setup a similar environment if you could provide possibly a screenshot, screen capture, or more details regarding the setup of the Outlook inbox you are using when seeing this memory usage.

    • Since it’s a work account I won’t share credentials. I tested some more and noticed that, although Edge will hog 350 MB on one tab, when I open more tabs it scales down a bit. Seems that it scales to the amount of system memory available and maybe the task manager values are misleading. Nevertheless compared to Chrome, Edge is usually seems to acquire way more ram.

    • Would you be willing to provide a Fiddler trace of the problem? We have another report of the same thing that we are waiting for more info on as well.  If you could provide this fiddler trace we could combine / compare them to determine which similarities they share (if any).
