Steps to reproduce
- Visit https://github.com/ in Edge. Then log in GitHub.
- After that, visit https://github.com/tlswg/tls13-spec/edit/master/draft-ietf-tls-tls13.md directly in the same window. You can see that the tab is not responding, and the hang lasts for more than one minute. Open Task Manager, you can see MicrosoftEdgeCP.exe uses lots of CPU.
- Repeat steps 1-2 in Chrome and Firefox. The page loads very fast in these two browsers (less than 5 seconds).
This is reproducible on Edge 13.10586.494 (on Windows 10 x64, updates installed up to July 2016), and on Edge 14.14390.0 (Windows 10 Insider Preview, x64)
