Steps to reproduce

When there are 130 pieces to describe the <audio> on 1 page , some of the mp3 files will fail to load.

UPDATE

NOTE: nginx is not required in order to repro, however, the content must be served from a web server not from local files

It will occur in the nginx-1.9.9 (but we may need to test a more recent version) on the windows 10. It does not occur locally.

It does not occur in the first time of the load.
It occurs when you reload.

Steps to Reproduce.

  1. Cache Delete
  1. Load the audio.html (included in the attached ZIP)
  1. reload the audio.html (“Invalid resource” will occur at random)

Still seeing this issue in Microsoft Edge 16299
