<html lang="en" xmlns="">
    <style type="text/css">
        .victim {
            border: 2px solid black;
    <script type="text/javascript">
        function DoTest() {
            var result = "";
            var elements = document.getElementsByClassName('victim');
            for(var i = 0; i < elements.length; i++)
                result += elements[i].outerHTML + "\n";
    <div class="victim" style="border-style:none">TEST</div>
    <div class="victim" style="border-style:dotted">TEST</div>

If you have a premier support contract you can visit and open a support incident and work with an engineer to address this issue.
