css 'font:menu' uses a wrong scaled font-size on hi-dpi systems

Steps to reproduce

When using the css ‘font:menu’ the font-size is wrong on hi-dpi systems.

Here a very simple example:
http://krpano.com/chrome/bugs/hidpi/css-font-menu-bug.html

It seems that internally the font-size itself also gets scaled by the DPI-scale, but that’s unnecessary and wrong - the page itself already will be scaled, so there is a ‘double-scale’ now.

Btw - the button font and size is also wrong on hi-dpi systems.

Firefox is correct - see the attached screenshots.
