Steps to reproduce
On client Remote Desktop Services server, the user’s IE shortcuts under favorites are not working for the entire company. If I logon with our domain admins account and import a user’s favorites into ours, they work fine for us. Therefor I suspect there is some permission issue, but I cannot find where it is to allow the shortcuts to work for normal domain users. Need help resolving this issue.
