window.moveTo not working in Microsoft Edge

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a popup
  2. Call its moveTo method, with arguments 0,0
  3. Note the window’s screenX and screenY values are not 0,0

Microsoft Edge doesn’t appear to support the moveTo method as expected.
