Steps to reproduce

We’ve seen this issue several times, but I couldn’t find a bug on it. Essentially, if you install any site that injects ms-browser-extension:// served resources into a page protected by SSL (www.bing.com for example), you’ll see the following errors in the console. They’re warnings more than actual errors, but it’d be nice to have them muted:
