Steps to reproduce

Judging by my error logs and the last couple hours of Google searches, my HTML POST forms are not being handled correctly by Microsoft Edge. Instead of submitting them via the POST method, they’re using GET.

Here’s an example form:

<form id="review-promise-form" class="form-vertical" action="/review-request/download/1" method="post" target="_blank">
<input type="hidden" name="_frontend_csrf" value="bXFXUkVPbWk.HxMWfQosOCsmIScXAiQqLicCCy8rPF5ANC05DCxeWA==">
<button type="submit" class="btn btn-primary col-xs-12 download-button" name="filetype" value="epub">EPUB</button>
<button type="submit" class="btn btn-primary col-xs-12 download-button" name="filetype" value="mobi">MOBI</button>
<button type="submit" class="btn btn-primary col-xs-12 download-button" name="filetype" value="pdf">PDF</button>
</form>

      I do not see a sample form on the URL you have provided.  Do I need an account in order to see this form?
