  • Thanks for the feedback on Edge. Whenever I login to my newly created account - I am not able to click Edit.  It seems to be greyed out.  Do you know why this might be happening?

Since I am not familiar with the website I thought it might be helpful to ask you first before digging too deep. I am thinking it is because my account is new.  Attached a screenshot showing what I mean.

    All the best,
    The MS Edge Team

  • No idea about the reason honestly, I don’t know of any limitation for new users…
By the way, I think you can try to launch the editor directly with this link https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit

  • For me, the edit button becomes enabled when the map is sufficiently zoomed in (quite far). Also crashing for me in 14393 and 14901.

  • Yes, I saw the same in my testing.  Thank you for the feedback :)

  • Hi, glad this is being looked into. The editor stopped working in Edge after I installed the Windows 10 Anniversary Update. Previously it worked fine.

    Changed Status to “Not reproducible”

  • This has been fixed in build 14906 based on us testing with internal builds. The fix will be rolled out as soon as possible.

    Thank you for the feedback.

  • Thanks. An issue status of “fixed” would be clearer btw…
