Steps to reproduce
Uncheck “Browsing History” in IE 11 AutoComplete Settings
Open a new tab and begin typing the name of a Favorite. Use the “Shift + Enter” function to select the Favorite.
Close the tab
Repeat the above steps and you will notice that the actual URL from Browsing History (and possibly other URLs from your History) is now listed and it is the first choice with the “Shift + Enter” function while the Favorite is listed below without the “Shift + Enter” function.
When “Browsing History” is UNCHECKED in the AutoComplete Settings IE 11 should stop listing URLs from my history as expected.
