Steps to reproduce
It cannot be forced/reproduced - the problem is intermittent. All plugins/add-ons say they are enabled but they do not work. Resetting the browser gets everything going again for a day or two maybe, then the cycle repeats.
The expected behaviour is that plugins don’t simply fail. If they do it should be detected and resolved automatically. There are no generated errors, nothing in the logs, just objects that aren’t displayed or rendered (see two sample screenshots). This happens on a large number of our machines, we advise users to use Chrome instead.
