browser.cookies.get causes error if opened 2 or more tabs

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create new empty extension with a permission “cookies”
  2. Make sure that opened 1 tab with any website (except “New tab”)
  3. Open console for the background script
  4. type for example:
browser.cookies.get({'url': 'http://cnn.com', name: 'test'}, function(e){console.log(e)})

You will see something like that:

undefined
null
  1. Please open new tab with new website
  2. type for example:
browser.cookies.get({'url': 'http://cnn.com', name: 'test'}, function(e){console.log(e)})

You will see something like that:

undefined
SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'path' of undefined or null reference
script block (1) (1,26097)
